RETURN, REPLACEMENT, AND EXCHANGE POLICY ON DISCOUNTED PERFECTLY IMPERFECT ITEMS

I'm sorry I DON'T accept returns, replacements, or exchanges on Discounted Perfectly Imperfect items. I also DON'T issue refunds on Perfectly Imperfect items. These items are SOLD AS IS and are only offered when available.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
  • Small imperfections in items which are due to each item being handcrafted

RETURN DETAILS 

 All returns are at your expense and must be shipped within 7 days of receipt. Once I receive the item in its original condition, I will send you a prompt refund to the account you used to purchase the item. I will cancel the transaction and no feedback will be left on either side.


PAYMENT DETAILS

I'm pleased to accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, JBC, Discover, Diners Club, Union Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Sales tax is collected. Payment is due upon placing your order. If payment is not received within 24 hours, I will contact you via email as a reminder. However, if payment has not been received within 24 hours of email, the order will be canceled.

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received.


SHIPPING DETAILS

I offer Priority Mail Shipping which arrives in 3-5 days from the time I ship your item. I also offer Ground Advantage Shipping which arrives in 5-7 days from the time I ship your item. Both shipping options are through USPS which includes tracking information and up to $100 insurance which protects you and me. 

I can’t be held responsible for orders lost in the mail and will not issue refunds for lost packages. If your package gets lost, you will need to contact the USPS and file a claim with them. I ship all items with tracking info to protect me and you. I would suggest that you add additional insurance to packages for your protection. Most orders will ship out within 1-3 business days once payment is posted. If you need something right away, please let me know and I will try to accommodate.
